Fast Start terms
These are demonstration pilot defaults, not final legal terms. A written customer quote controls the agreed scope and must name the real contracting operator before payment.
Working price and scope
US$150 setup for up to five core pages and 30 initial catalogue entries; 50% deposit to begin and the balance after approval but before public launch. Domain registration, paid third-party services and work outside scope are separate.
Care
US$15 per month or US$150 per year for hosting, monitoring, backups, recovery and up to 30 minutes of minor content help per month. Unused time does not roll over.
Self-service pilot
A confirmed account may create one draft with up to five pages and 30 catalogue or service entries. Draft creation does not create a paid subscription. Public activation remains subject to NHIMBE content and authority review plus separately confirmed pilot billing terms.
Publishing and acceptable use
The account holder must have authority to publish the business name, content, logo, images and contact details. Phishing, impersonation, fraud, malware, unlawful material and rights-infringing content are prohibited. NHIMBE may reject or suspend a pilot site and must publish a real review, appeal and takedown process before unrestricted sign-up.
Domains
The automatic MVP path supports an exact external subdomain such as www.example.com when the owner can publish the required DNS records. Bare domains and unusual DNS configurations require assisted setup. The owner remains responsible for domain registration and renewal.
Timing
The target is five business days after cleared deposit and complete, approved content. Customer delays, domain access, asset rights and requested changes can change the date.
Enquiry basket
A catalogue enquiry is not checkout, payment, a stock reservation or a sales contract. The business confirms availability, final price, delivery and payment directly.
Demonstration identity
“NHIMBE Digital Studio (Pilot), Mutare, Zimbabwe” is fictional test wording. Do not send payment until a quote identifies the approved legal/operator identity and payment destination.
