What a message collects
Email, optional phone number, message, consent, submission time, a CAPTCHA result and limited technical data used for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To assess the request, contact the prospect, prepare a quote, record the next sales action and prevent abuse.
Intended processing
The production flow stores the request in the private NHIMBE Operations database, then sends a limited alert to the private Operations Telegram group and approved email inboxes. Telegram and the selected email provider process notification data under their own terms.
Customer accounts and websites
The self-service pilot also processes an account identifier, email-confirmation and session data, organisation membership, draft business content, uploaded images, domains, publication versions, security/audit events and support state. Authentication and tenant data are intended for a separate NHIMBE Platform Supabase project; public approved website snapshots and media are intentionally available to site visitors.
Sessions and providers
The account portal keeps its browser session in session-scoped storage rather than Git. Supabase, the configured email sender and Cloudflare process the data needed for authentication, form protection, storage, website delivery, DNS validation and HTTPS. Privileged provider credentials are server-only.
Your choice
Do not submit the form if you do not want NHIMBE to contact you. A production site must publish a real contact for access, correction, objection and deletion requests.
